This week's edition of Cette Semaine is relatively short. We hope you have a good week!
This year's startup has been unique in a number of ways for our community, our students, and our staff. The teachers have been working very hard to make sure our students are getting the very best learning possible. That makes this year's World Teacher Day extra special. We are so happy that we are able to celebrate it while having our students at school!
Our library was one of the last parts of the school to be unpacked. It is now almost ready to go. We do have to implement a different routine for book exchange this year, as students can only have very limited access to the library. Mme. Sylvie has been hard at work with some helpers to get everything ready, and we expect to restart library services for staff, and limited services for students later this week.
In the past week, the parking and traffic flow have gone relatively smoothly. However, we would like to remind everyone that parking is only permitted in the designated spaces according to the posted signs, and the areas marked on the map we published in last week's edition of Cette Semaine. Thank you for helping keep our students safe, and traffic moving well.
This is just a reminder that there will be no classes on Monday, October 12th. While this year has had its challenge, we all have something for which we can be thankful. We hope that you enjoy this day with those who are important to you.
